🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: How much does shipping cost?
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $200.
For orders under$200, $19 for secure, tracked Standard Shipping.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Our estimated delivery time is 7-12 Business Days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note that all orders require 1-3 business days for processing and packing before they are shipped. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is dispatched.

Q: Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and most countries in Europe. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact our support team.

Q: Why is my tracking number not updating?
It is normal for tracking information to take 24-48 hours to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.
For international shipments, there may be a pause in updates while the package is clearing customs or moving between distribution centers. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us.


📦 Orders & Tracking

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
We work fast to process your orders! If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us at jowboow@outlook.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes. However, you can return the item after receiving it (see our Return Policy).

Q: I didn't receive an order confirmation email.
Please check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folder in your email. If you still can't find it, you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Please email us with your full name, and we will resend the confirmation.

Q: Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?
Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.JOWBOOW is not responsible for delays due to customs.

  • For EU Customers: VAT may be collected upon delivery depending on local regulations.
  • For US Customers: Orders under $800 usually do not incur duties, but this is subject to change.

↩️ Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Q: Do you offer free returns?
Unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Q: How long does it take to get a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Q: Is my payment information safe?
Yes! We use industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment details. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

Q: The item I want is out of stock. When will it be back?
We restock our popular items regularly. You can sign up for email notifications on the product page to be alerted as soon as it's back in stock.
