Q: How much does shipping cost?
We offerĀ Free Standard ShippingĀ on all orders overĀ $200.
For orders under$200, $19 for secure, tracked Standard Shipping.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
Our estimated delivery time isĀ 7-12 Business DaysĀ (excluding weekends and holidays).
Please note that all orders requireĀ 1-3 business daysĀ for processing and packing before they are shipped. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package is dispatched.

Q: Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and most countries in Europe. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact our support team.

Q: Why is my tracking number not updating?
It is normal for tracking information to takeĀ 24-48 hoursĀ to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.
For international shipments, there may be a pause in updates while the package is clearing customs or moving between distribution centers. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
We work fast to process your orders! If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us atĀ jowboow@outlook.comĀ withinĀ 12 hoursĀ of placing your order.
Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes. However, you can return the item after receiving it (see our Return Policy).

Q: I didn't receive an order confirmation email.
Please check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folder in your email. If you still can't find it, you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Please email us with your full name, and we will resend the confirmation.

Q: Do I have to pay customs or import taxes?
Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.JOWBOOWĀ is not responsible for delays due to customs.

  • For EU Customers:Ā VAT may be collected upon delivery depending on local regulations.
  • For US Customers:Ā Orders under $800 usually do not incur duties, but this is subject to change.

Q: What is your return policy?
We accept returns withinĀ 30 daysĀ of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Q: Do you offer free returns?
Unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item,Ā customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Q: How long does it take to get a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment withinĀ 5-10 business days.
