1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total value of your order.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

5. Damages and Lost Packages

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it's recognized as a valid address by the courier. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address.

If the customer provides an incorrect address and the package is returned to us or lost, [JOWBOOW] will not be responsible for a replacement or refund. Re-shipping fees will apply if the customer wishes to have the order sent again.

7. International Shipping Policy

We currently ship to the following countries/regions:

  • United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and most European countries.

If you do not see your country listed at checkout, unfortunately, we do not ship to your location at this time.
