1. Return Window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • In its original packaging with tags attached.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (Order Number).

Exceptions / Non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

3. How to Start a Return (Step-by-Step)

  • Step 1: Please contact us at jowboow@outlook.com to initiate a return. Please include your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  • Step 2: If your return is accepted, we will send you a Return Authorization and instructions on how to send your package.
    • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • Step 3: Ship the item to our US Return Center.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Item: If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs or offer a full refund/replacement immediately.
  • Change of Mind / Wrong Size: If you are returning an item due to personal preference (e.g., ordered the wrong size, didn't like the color), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

6. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Damaged Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
