ℹ️ Common Questions & Troubleshooting

1. My tracking number says "Not Found" or "Pending".
Don't worry, this is normal!

  • It typically takes 1-3 business days for the carrier to scan your package and update the tracking information in their system.
  • If you just received your shipping notification today, please try tracking again in 24-48 hours.

2. How long does shipping take?

  • US Orders: Usually arrive within 7-12 business days (depending on the warehouse location).
  • International Orders: Usually arrive within 7-15 business days.
  • Note: Shipping times may vary during holidays or due to customs processing.

3. I didn't receive a tracking number.
Please check your spam/junk folder for an email titled "Shipping Confirmation". If you still can't find it, please contact us at jowboow@outlook.com.

4. My package status hasn't moved in a few days.
International shipments often have gaps in tracking updates while the package is in transit between countries (e.g., "In Transit to Next Facility"). The status will update once it clears customs and is handed over to your local carrier (USPS, DHL, etc.).
